A-gnome-ly is a pen and paper with less math. A way of telling a story together while avoiding overbearing mechanics and focusing on characters. Using a betting system, to help encourage roleplay and character development.  The system is free to use and adapt as you see fit as long as you accredit the work. 

Gnomes have a stereotypical look in modern culture, in this games, it is a world of diversity, a different spin off of traditional lore.  The gnomes created this planet and lived for a long time before humans became prevalent on the earth. The system works well for monster/situation of the week while encouraging constantly changing characters.
